DESCRIPTION The
machine can easily be added to any existing equippment. It is very useful
for workshops producing Sicilian "Cannoli".
TECHNICAL FEATURES The machine consists of a belt carrier, a cutting edge unit, a unit issuing straws of the diameter required and a winding unit of special mesh made with inox steel. Mod. CN 1, equipped with a speed variator, makes from 2.000 to 5.000 pieces per hour. WORKING Introducing the dough rolled out at the thickness required and rolled up the special pin, it is automatically cut and the cuttings picked up. The piecesk, already dampened bu the machine taps, reach the rolling unit proceded by a straw and, then, they are put out perfectly winded. |
