DESCRIPTION This machine is very usefull when linked to the automatic group for cannoli. The machine allows for a constant thickness and continuous dough feeding.
TECHNICAL FEATURES This machine consists of a belt carrier, a photocell, and a pair of rollers with open adjusters and variable speed. WORKING Feeding the dough at a double thickness to the desired thickness and then rolled onto a special pin, it is automatically calibrated for continuous feeding. |
